Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options to make sure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing tracking information to follow your shipment’s progress. Please note that delivery times and fees vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination country and local customs policies. Please be aware that international shipments may experience occasional delays due to customs clearance procedures and could be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, depending on your country’s regulations.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Include your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), a photo of the packing slip (for missing items), and a short description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Note about Packaging Damage
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if the packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself remains fully functional, the product will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. For any concerns, please contact our team at contact@skiviia.com.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered,” but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. You will need to provide us with proof of loss or a formal confirmation from the carrier that the package was not delivered. Claims for packages marked as delivered are not eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Order Modification
If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change of address, product, or quantity), we can accommodate your request within 12 hours after your order is placed. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or transit, and changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@skiviia.com.
