By placing an order on skiviia.com, you agree to the terms below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and clarity about our cancellation, refund, and reshipment procedures.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.

30-Day Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. Due to logistical considerations, refunds or replacements are available only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored unless the items received were incorrect. Please note: we do not provide refunds for subjective reasons or personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, scent/texture preferences, perceived efficacy).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at contact@skiviia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging (for damage claims)
  • A photo of the packing slip (for missing/incorrect item claims)
  • A brief description of the issue

To help us resolve quickly, please submit claims within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Note about Packaging Damage

We carefully package every order. If packaging is damaged in transit but the product remains fully functional and unused/sealed, the order is not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier first. Provide us with proof of loss or the carrier’s formal claim confirmation. Claims for packages marked as delivered are not eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.

Order Modification

To modify your order (address, product, quantity), contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processing or in transit and changes may no longer be possible.

Product Reshipment

We offer reshipment for orders confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a reshipment, contact us at contact@skiviia.com with the required evidence listed above.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible refunds or reshipments.
